Job summary

StratasCorp is seeking a Support Lead/Deputy Program Lead to provide day-to-day leadership, operational oversight, and technical guidance for a Microsoft-based end-user services team. The role combines hands-on support with team leadership to ensure responsive, high-quality service delivery.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in IT support with leadership experience and strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure Virtual Desktop, and ITSM platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, IS, cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in IT support, service desk, or technical support environment.
• At least 1 year in a lead, senior, supervisory, or mentoring role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook/Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Experience with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Zendesk).
• CompTIA Security+ certification required or ability to obtain prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership and technical guidance to the Support Desk Technicians.
• Oversee service desk operations, incident response, and SLA compliance.
• Monitor ticket queues, assign workloads, and balance priorities.
• Escalate complex issues and coordinate with systems, network, and security teams.
• Maintain SOPs, knowledge bases, and implement process improvements.
