Job summary

Schuber Mitchell Homes Information Technology Intern position provides day-to-day support for end users, resolving software, hardware, and peripheral issues. You will assist the IT team in setting up and maintaining computers and software, and help with integrations and new applications using modern frameworks.

You will document work, contribute to knowledge bases, and collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of computers, software, and IT concepts.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with teams across the organization.
• Experience with or interest in learning technical tools such as PowerShell, SQL, Power BI, automation tools, or basic programming languages (e.g., C#).

Responsibilities

• Field end-user support requests via calls, chats, or email.
• Assist in configuring and maintaining computers, software, and peripherals.
• Help enhance system integrations and develop new applications using modern development frameworks and tools.
• Document work and update knowledge bases for team learning.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
