Per Scholas seeks an IT Support instructor to join our Training Team in a dynamic, outcomes-driven setting. You will deliver instruction for entry-to-mid level IT careers, monitor student progress, and provide supplemental learning resources to ensure student success.

The role emphasizes practical teaching, collaboration with staff, and maintaining up-to-date curricula and documentation in Salesforce and our LMS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical/industry experience.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to convey technical subject matter.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide instructor-led IT training from entry to mid level.
• Administer assessments, track attendance, and tutor individuals.
• Maintain curriculum materials and align with LMS and Salesforce records.
• Identify student needs and develop individualized achievement plans.
• Update grades, certification scores, and progress notes in the LMS.
