Job summary

KRUSH Tech Inc. is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our IT team in Austin, onsite. You will be a Tier 2/3 escalation point for help desk issues and oversee identity and access management using Okta.

You'll own end-to-end equipment provisioning for new hires and existing staff, maintain hardware inventories, and help build reliable IT operations in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of IT support experience.
• Experience administering Okta or a comparable identity provider (Azure AD/Entra ID, OneLogin, etc.).
• Experience owning equipment/asset provisioning and lifecycle management in a corporate environment.
• Solid working knowledge of Windows and macOS endpoint support.
• Strong ownership mentality — able to operate with limited process in a startup-like environment.
• At this time, KRUSH Tech is unable to provide visa sponsorship for this role.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Tier 2/3 escalation point for help desk tickets, resolving complex hardware, software, network, and account-access issues.
• Administer user lifecycle in Okta, including provisioning, deprovisioning, group/role assignments, SSO, and MFA troubleshooting.
• Own end-to-end equipment provisioning — imaging, configuring, and deploying laptops and peripherals for new hires.
• Maintain an accurate hardware asset inventory, including assignment, warranty, and lifecycle status.
• Partner with HR/People Ops on joiner, mover, and leaver workflows to ensure timely and accurate access and equipment changes.
• Build and document IT onboarding/offboarding runbooks, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures.
