Job summary

Electric Mirror LLC in Everett, WA is seeking an IT Support Specialist to serve as escalation point for complex issues across endpoints, servers, and infrastructure. You will troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and network problems while delivering remote and on-site support in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities include network, server, cloud platforms, automation, cybersecurity, backups, and documentation.

Qualifications

5+ years in IT support, infrastructure, or systems administration.
Experience troubleshooting complex, multi-system issues in hybrid environments.
Experience managing hybrid on-prem + cloud environments.
Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as escalation point for complex technical issues across endpoints, servers, and infrastructure.
Troubleshoot and resolve Windows OS, Microsoft 365 services, and identity issues.
Provide remote and on-site support across corporate and production environments.
Maintain and monitor network infrastructure (switches, VLANs, routing, firewalls).
Support Hyper-V, Windows Server, and Linux systems; monitor performance and backups.
Develop automation scripts (PowerShell) and improve IT processes.
Document configurations, SOPs, and security policies.
