Responsibilities

• Infrastructure & Network: manage cables, switches, VLANs, firewall operations, and server backups.
• End-User Support: provide Tier 1/2 support for desktops, printers, and peripherals; onboarding/offboarding.
• Security & Access: assist with endpoint protection, badge systems, and audits; follow policies.
• Maintenance: monitor systems, perform patching, and help prevent downtime.
