Job summary

PCA's Corporate End-User Systems internship in Counce, TN develops and supports desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices. You will gain hands-on experience in deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting within an IT systems group.

This internship targets students pursuing IT, with familiarity in Windows, AD, Powershell, and SCCM, and offers exposure to real-world IT operations, security practices, and user support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Information Technology Systems or equivalent required.
• Experience with IT end-user systems preferred.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems and network concepts.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, utilize, and troubleshoot SCCM Agent connectivity and related tools.
• Provide in-person and remote support to end users.
• Package and deploy applications in user or machine environments using scripts and MSI/InstallShield.
• Configure Internet Explorer settings and browser customizations.
• Manage desktop hardware and OS security via AD and Group Policy.
• Collaborate with team to improve service delivery.
