Job summary

Saronic Technologies is seeking a talented and organized IT Technician to provide advanced technical support across IT systems and networks. The role focuses on maintaining IT health, resolving issues, and contributing to projects.

You will work with desktop, server, network gear, and cloud services, document tickets, and mentor Tier 1 staff. Collaboration with cross‑functional teams ensures secure, reliable operations.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent).
• 3+ years of experience in technical support or similar IT role.
• Experience with Windows and macOS, Active Directory, Office 365 and cloud services.
• Strong networking fundamentals and familiarity with ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for hardware, software, and network issues across desktops, laptops, servers, printers and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues with timely solutions.
• Assist with network configurations including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Perform routine system maintenance, updates, security patches, and backups.
• Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud services.
• Document and track support tickets in a helpdesk system with clear resolutions.
• Collaborate with senior IT staff on projects, migrations, and upgrades.
