Job summary

Antenna Group, a leading international content, media and entertainment organization, is seeking an IT Support Engineer for Village Roadshow operations in Greece. The role covers day-to-day IT operations across offices and cinema sites, delivering second-line support and contributing to infrastructure projects.

You will work with the IT Manager and external partners, supporting Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, networking, and security, while ensuring GDPR compliance and effective

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience.
3–5 years of IT support, systems administration, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Windows desktop and server environments.

Responsibilities

Provide second-line IT support across offices and cinema sites.
Own incidents and service requests, coordinating with vendors as needed.
Install, configure, and maintain workstations, POS systems, printers and mobile devices.
