Qualifikationen

• 3-5+ years in Event Coordination / Operations, Hospitality, or related roles.
• Excellent client-facing communication and ability to draft proposals.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and data awareness.
• Fluent in Greek and English (written and spoken).

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle from inquiry to post-event follow-up.
• Convert leads to bookings with proactive follow-up.
• Monitor event pipeline and protect timelines.
• Allocate daily requests across the team by priority.
• Apply SLAs and checklists to maintain quality.
• Collaborate with Cinema Ops, F&B, Marketing, CX & Partnerships.
• Support high-value B2B communications and negotiations.
• Report KPI trends to Commercial Director.
