Job summary

Cross Link Consulting in North Augusta, SC seeks a full-time IT Support Engineer to be a trusted technical resource for customers. The role focuses on remote support, software troubleshooting, Microsoft 365 administration, and cybersecurity response.

You will diagnose issues, maintain security measures, and collaborate with clients and teams to ensure reliable IT service. Mon-Fri, in-office with occasional travel within CSRA; compensation ranges $40,000–$50,000 per year.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT support experience.
• Strong software troubleshooting and analytical problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support and software troubleshooting.
• Manage Microsoft 365 administration and security tasks.
• Respond to cybersecurity incidents and protect client systems.
• Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve issues; escalate when needed.
• Perform weekly/monthly system checks and security reviews.
• Assist onboarding and provisioning for new users.
