Qualifications

• 3-5+ years MSP experience expected.
• Strong Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365 skills.
• Experience setting up autopilot is a must.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication abilities.
• Willingness to commute to Herndon, VA and client sites in Northern Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and onsite support for clients in Northern Virginia.
• Support Microsoft 365, Intune, Defender, and Purview.
• Set up and maintain Autopilot across the client base.
• Set up and support SonicWall network infrastructure.
• Manage DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP configurations.
• Assist with new workstation setups.

• Provide remote and onsite support for clients in Northern Virginia
• Support Microsoft 365, Intune, Defender, and Purview
• Set up and maintain autopilot across client base
• Set up and support SonicWall network infrastructure
• Manage DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP configurations
• Assist with new workstation set ups

Experience Required:

• 3-5+ years of MSP experience required**
• Strong Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365 skills
• Must have experience setting up and maintaining autopilot**
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Comfortable commuting to office in Herndon, VA and going on client sites in Northern Virginia when needed.
