Prime Electric, a Bellevue, WA-based employer, is seeking an IT professional to join our IT team supporting computer and network systems across the organization. Under general supervision, you will diagnose problems, install hardware/software, and provide second-tier helpdesk assistance, with on-call rotation for after-hours support.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of how software and operating systems work.
• Excellent listening, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses computer problems, monitors processing systems, installs hardware/software and tests equipment.
• Provides second-tier technical assistance for queries related to computer systems, software and hardware.
• Contributes and/or leads IT projects as requested.
• Participates in On-Call rotation for after-hour Helpdesk Support.
• Responds to escalated questions/helpdesk tickets via in-person, phone or email.
• Installs workstations and trains end-users on computer use.
