Job summary

ISI Enterprises is seeking a proactive Support Engineer II to join our IT team in a hybrid role. You will provide first-line IT support, troubleshoot Windows, Mac, and Linux, manage Azure/Google Workspace tasks, and help maintain security posture aligned with CMMC and NIST 800-171.

Candidates must hold current or interim security clearance, U.S. citizenship, 4–6 years of IT support, and certifications such as A+, AZ-900, MS-900.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in an IT support focused role with security awareness.
• Current or interim security clearance required; U.S. citizenship.
• Strong knowledge of Google Workspace, VPNs, DNS, and MDM.
• Familiarity with CMMC and NIST 800-171 compliance is a plus.
• Experience with ticketing systems and remote management tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support including email issues, password resets, and mailbox management.
• Troubleshoot Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems.
• Assist with API integrations and connectivity issues.
• Configure desktops, laptops, monitors, and peripherals; provision accounts.
• Use RMM tools to monitor alerts and provide remote support.
• Maintain documentation and ensure data security.
• Develop and refine SOPs to improve service delivery and compliance.
