Job summary

Industrial Security Integrators, LLC (IsI) is seeking a proactive Support Engineer II to join our IT team. The role focuses on delivering top-tier IT support, monitoring system health, and ensuring compliance with security standards like CMMC and NIST 800-171.

Ideal candidates will have 4–6 years in IT support, solid knowledge of Windows/macOS/Linux, Azure, and Google Workspace, plus certifications (A+, AZ-900, MS-900). The position offers a flexible hybrid schedule and opportunity for growth.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years working in an IT Support focused role (minimum).
• CompTIA A+ certification.
• Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900) certification.
• Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) certification.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support for all requests including email troubleshooting and password resets.
• Perform basic admin tasks in Azure, Google Workspace, and ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems; assist with API integrations and connectivity issues.
• Set up/configure desktops, laptops, monitors, and peripherals; manage end users and provisioning.
• Use RMM tools to track alerts and provide remote support; diagnose network issues.
