ITPartners+ in Minnesota seeks an IT Support Engineer II to join our MSP team, delivering frontline IT support to partners and troubleshooting issues. This role follows a hybrid schedule: four days onsite and one day remote each week, with onsite duties including deployments and installations.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years MSP experience, Microsoft certifications, and familiarity with M365/Azure, along with strong communication and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an MSP environment.
• Current Microsoft certifications (AZ-104, MD-102, MS-102) or equivalent.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, endpoint management, cybersecurity solutions, and SMB environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic to mid-level IT support to partners onsite and remotely.
• Set up hardware for installation and deployments.
• Engineer long-term solutions and monitor ticket progress.
• Document issues and resolutions and communicate with the team.
• Own at least one area and share best practices.
