Job summary

Artivion, Inc. in Austin is seeking an IT Support Engineer II to deliver advanced technical support across US and LATAM, ensuring operational continuity and assisting with deployments and project work under the IT Manager.

You will troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and enterprise apps, manage Active Directory and email, and document solutions in the knowledge base while ensuring IT security compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3-6 years of IT support experience with complex tasks.
• Strong hands-on experience with Windows and macOS, devices, and enterprise apps.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts (LAN, VPN, Wi‑Fi).
• Experience with IT ticketing systems and IT service management processes (ITIL preferred).

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for IT support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system.
• Provide advanced support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and enterprise apps.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues including VPN and collaboration tools.
• Assist in system configuration, deployment, and maintenance for IT infrastructure.
• Perform account management tasks in Active Directory and email systems.
• Support IT projects such as software rollouts and system migrations.
• Document solutions and best practices in the IT knowledge base.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and resolve recurring issues to improve service quality.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams, vendors, and service providers to complete projects.
