Job summary

ACV Auctions is seeking an Enterprise Support & Solutions Administrator II to triage, escalate, and resolve incidents across internal platforms. You will be the liaison between users and Business, Product & Engineering teams, ensuring smooth IT operations.

You will handle basic to intermediate support, document workflows, and help improve self-service solutions while staying current with industry trends and security practices. This is a fulltime, on-site role supporting ACV nationwide.

Qualifications

• High School or GED is required.
• 2–3 years of industry experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Experience supporting remote users via multiple channels.
• Experience with enterprise systems and 24/7 user bases.
• Experience using Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Experience supporting mobile iOS devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to ACV platforms and tools.
• Triage, categorize, and prioritize incidents from users.
• Log incidents and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Create and maintain self-service documentation.
• Support nationwide operations with consistent processes.
• Stay current with industry trends and technologies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
