Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience supporting macOS, iOS, and Linux environments in an enterprise setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft–based environments is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier1/Tier2 end-user support to Zimmerman employees, resolving incidents and service requests.
• Manage on-site IT inventory and full lifecycle of IT assets.
• Configure and deploy end-user devices including desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Diagnose and resolve software/hardware issues on-site and remotely.
• Support printing environments and conferencing technologies.
• Provide foundational network support and VLAN-level configurations in coordination with infrastructure teams.
• Collaborate with IT engineering to design and implement new workflows and solutions.
• Create clear, user-friendly technical documentation.
