Job summary

Energie Noire is a new Moroccan company backed by a German parent company, operating with English as the corporate language. The role focuses on IT support for SMEs within an international, fast-growing environment.

Initial on-site onboarding in Morocco followed by hybrid working options. You will troubleshoot, manage user access, support security, and coordinate with vendors as part of a growth-focused IT team.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of IT support or similar role.
• Experience with Windows and/or macOS desktops.
• Basic networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, Wi‑Fi).
• User administration and access management experience.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and service-oriented environments.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 / Office products.
• Experience with remote user support.
• Vendor coordination for repairs and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Support administration of internal network infrastructure.
• Manage user accounts, access rights, and onboarding/offboarding tasks.
• Assist with endpoint security operations (patching, antivirus, compliance checks).
• Maintain hardware inventory and asset tracking.
• Operate ticketing system, respect SLAs, document incidents and solutions.
• Support IT documentation and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs and equipment procurement.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and automation.
