Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience recruiting IT professionals in Morocco, especially software developers.
• Active headhunter with a strong local IT network.
• Knowledge of recruitment channels, costs, and success rates in the Moroccan market.

Responsibilities

• Recruit IT professionals in the Moroccan market with a focus on software developers.
• Select, manage, and optimize recruitment channels based on cost and effectiveness.
• Source IT talent through job boards and proactive headhunting.
• Create high‑quality job postings to attract IT candidates.
• Build a strong network within the Moroccan IT market to support hiring needs.
• Define, implement, and continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and KPIs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define requirements and provide market insights.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and report progress, risks, and recommendations to senior management.
