Job summary

COR Partners is seeking a Customer Success Engineer in Atlanta, GA to support the IT department by troubleshooting Tier 1–2 issues and guiding users through technical problems. You will handle incident resolution, account management, and basic network troubleshooting while coordinating with the IT team.

The role requires strong communication skills, a solid hardware/software background, and willingness to participate in on-call scheduling, with duties that may extend after hours as needed.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of recent help desk experience.
• 4–5 years PC hardware and Windows 10/11 experience preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office proficiency and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1/2 technical support via phone and email.
• Resolve incidents within SLA parameters.
• Manage user accounts (Active Directory, Box, Office365, CRM, etc.).
• Troubleshoot networking issues (LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi/VPN/Remote Desktop).
• Configure and ship equipment for new or upgrading users.
• Maintain Netsuite asset tracking and IT inventory.
• Support training for junior engineers; collaborate on projects.
