Job summary

Sybex Support Services Inc. is seeking an experienced Desktop Support Engineer to manage endpoint management and end-user support using SCCM, Intune and Autopilot. You will provide L1 troubleshooting for Windows 10/11, deploy OS images, and handle software distribution within a Microsoft-centric environment.

Responsibilities include AD/Azure AD, M365, Exchange Online and Teams support, plus ITSM ticketing (ServiceNow/Jira/ManageEngine) and on-call coverage to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

SCCM/MECM와 Intune 및 Autopilot 운용 경험이 필수입니다.
Windows 10/11 트러블슈팅, OS 배포 경험이 필요합니다.
M365 관리 센터, AD/Azure AD, Exchange Online 및 Teams 지원 경험.
ITIL 기반 티켓팅 도구 사용 경험과 기본 매너가 요구됩니다.

Responsibilities

Windows 10/11, 노트북/데스크톱/프린터 등 L1 데스크탑 지원 및 문제 해결.
SCCM/MECM을 통한 엔드포인트 관리: 애플리케이션 배포, 패치 관리, OS 이미징, 소프트웨어 배포.
Intune 관리: 기기 등록, 컴플라이언스 정책, 구성 프로필, Conditional Access
Windows Autopilot으로 기기 Provisioning 및 제로터치 배포, Autopilot 이슈 해결.
Active Directory, Azure AD, Office 365, Exchange Online, MS Teams 지원.
M365 Admin Center에서 사용자 계정/그룹/메일박스/라이선스 관리.
네트워크 문제 트러블슈팅: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN.
ServiceNow / Jira / ManageEngine을 통한 ITSM 티켓 관리 및 SLA 준수.
온콜/백필드 지원 및 다운타임 최소화를 위한 대응.
