Job summary

Five Nines Technology Group is seeking a Support Desk Engineer to serve as a primary contact for client technical support, resolving end-user tickets via phone, email and desktop apps in Lincoln, NE. You will diagnose system issues, document resolutions, and escalate where needed to ensure timely, high-quality service.

Qualifications

Experience delivering IT support to end users.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to diagnose technical issues and determine root causes.
Familiarity with IT service management and ticketing systems.
Willingness to provide onsite support as needed.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for client technical support via phone, email, and desktop app.
Diagnose and resolve end-user issues and escalate when appropriate.
Contribute to documentation and refine support workflows.
Provide basic technical support at network level (WAN/LAN) and remote access (VPN, Citrix).
Monitor alerts and respond to tickets to ensure timely resolutions.
