Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or other qualifying discipline preferred.
• Two years of IT experience with client-level problem resolution and customer interaction required.
• Strong written and oral communication; customer service mindset.
• Ability to lift 50-pound equipment and reposition for hardware moves.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second level technical support for desktop systems and applications.
• Handle password resets, file access, backups, and security-related issues.
• Assist with network connectivity, printer issues, and mobile device support.
• Participate in IT projects, equipment moves, software rollouts, and training sessions.
