• Perform account maintenance and update client records.
• Answer client inquiries about bank products, services, and policies.
• Handle escalations and resolve issues end-to-end for complex clients.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities aligned with client needs.
• Demonstrate knowledge of banking systems and internal controls.
• Support lending/depository services and loan documentation processes.
• Assist Market President with administrative duties and reporting as needed.
