Job summary

Wildcardcreativegroup is seeking an IT Support Technician to deliver day-to-day technical support for employees and to leverage a software development background for automation, scripting, and troubleshooting business applications. Qualifications

• 1–3 years IT support experience or equivalent education.
• Proven experience supporting Windows and macOS environments.
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, user account administration, and endpoint management.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• Exposure to MDM solutions (Kandji, Jamf, Mosyle, Intune) and identity management platforms (JumpCloud, Active Directory, Entra ID).
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for Windows and macOS environments.
• Set up and maintain workstations, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access requests across identity platforms.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and connectivity issues.
• Support cloud services: Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and SaaS applications.
• Monitor system health and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Document support procedures and maintain a current knowledge base.
• Write and maintain Python scripts to automate repetitive IT tasks.
• Develop ExtendScript and UXP scripts for Creative Cloud apps.
