Job summary

Amazon is seeking an IT Support Associate II to assist the operations team in resolving technical problems across Amazon operations facilities in a defined geographical area that spans multiple disciplines. Qualifications

• 1+ years of Windows, Mac or Linux OS support experience or equivalent
• Experience troubleshooting integrated computer systems
• Strong customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Allocate, maintain and troubleshoot IT equipment in Amazon Operations facilities
• Handle support requests across the network and assist in training new hires
• Pursue continuous learning of new technologies
• Support customers from multiple buildings and remote locations
• Move up to 49 lbs and stand/walk up to 10–12 hours as needed
