Job summary

Advancio is seeking a detail-oriented IT Technical Aid to support our Information Technology team in Los Angeles. The role involves first-level technical support, hardware/software troubleshooting, and printer operation assistance, with a focus on customer service and accurate documentation.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years in an IT environment, comfort with desktop software, printers, and basic hardware.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Experience with desktop software installations and configurations.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support to internal users.
• Identify, document, track, and resolve incoming requests.
• Escalate complex issues following procedures.
• Assist with routine systems testing and validation.
• Review and support user manuals and procedures.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, printers, and peripherals.
• Maintain IT equipment and infrastructure documentation.
