The College of Nursing Information Technology Group (CON IT) is seeking a customer service-oriented individual to provide daily technical support (Windows and Mac OS) to faculty, staff, and students. Responsibilities include supporting hardware, mobile devices, and software issues, diagnosing problems, providing solutions, and ensuring timely resolutions. The position requires lifting and bending frequently, working approximately 28 hours per week.
