To provide a professional, efficient, and effective support service to Unit4 customers in resolving support cases and completing various tasks to support our customer base.
Working hours may be on a rotating schedule: 9 AM – 6 PM, 8 AM – 5 PM, or 12 PM – 9 PM MYT, depending on customer support business requirements, with prior communication.
