Job summary

VigorCare Pediatric Services is seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst in Seattle to deliver reliable technical help for hardware, software, and network issues. You will ensure smooth IT operation and security, while onboarding staff to new tools and maintaining system performance.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Computer Science or IT, strong Windows and Mac knowledge, and proven problem-solving and customer-service skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
Experience with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Experience with electronic medical record systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
Monitor and maintain the performance and security of our IT systems
Create and maintain user accounts and permissions
Train employees on how to use new hardware and software
Maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses
Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement process improvements
Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
Provide after-hours support as needed
