Job summary

Eckert & Ziegler Isotope Products, Inc. is hiring an IT Support Analyst I to provide first-level IT support across Valencia and Burbank, CA. You will triage requests in Freshservice, assist with IAM/AD provisioning, password resets, MFA, and device enrollment, and troubleshoot user hardware/software issues.

You’ll collaborate with a global IT team and support remote sites in Georgia and Massachusetts, contributing to a secure, efficient IT environment for multiple offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years in a Help Desk or IT Support role.
• Excellent written and oral communication in English; German/Portuguese/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Triage, categorize, and resolve tickets in Freshservice with clear documentation.
• Manage user access requests in IAM and Active Directory/Entra per approved workflows.
• Handle password resets and MFA troubleshooting; support MDM enrollment and management.
• Provision and troubleshoot common business software following procedures.
• Diagnose hardware, software, and network issues for end users; coordinate vendor support.
• Maintain distribution lists and shared mailbox access; update knowledge base.
• Provide front-line customer service and set expectations on resolution timelines.
• Collaborate with Level 2/3 analysts; support Valencia and Burbank offices; remote support for GA and MA.
• Work with colleagues in California, Brazil, Argentina, and Germany.
