CSP is seeking an IT Support Analyst for the Carey and North Baltimore, Ohio Plant. The role focuses on daily IT infrastructure support, troubleshooting, and end-user assistance across corporate and plant environments.

Responsibilities include deploying hardware, managing Active Directory, and supporting Exchange email. A hybrid shift is required to cover plant operations; strong communication and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical/desktop support and IT operations.
• Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, VMware, and network hardware.
• Willing to work hybrid 2nd-3rd shift to support plant operations.

Responsabilités

• Configure, deploy, and track desktop, laptop, printers and IT equipment.
• Manage Active Directory users/computers/printers.
• Install, configure, and administer Windows 7/8 Professional.
• Setup, change, and terminate user Exchange email accounts.
• Troubleshoot Help Desk tickets across corporate and plants; document actions.
• Perform routine hardware maintenance and documentation.
• Create IT process documentation and training materials.
• Ensure customer requirements are met.
