CAS is seeking a Workplace Engineer for its Columbus, Ohio headquarters on a hybrid schedule. You will provide frontline IT support for Windows and macOS, plus limited UNIX assistance, handling incidents and service requests with an emphasis on fast, friendly user care.

You’ll document workflows, contribute to small projects, and help improve tooling and guidance while ensuring HIPAA, CIS, and NIST security controls are observed.

Qualifications

• College degree in a related field or a minimum of 2 years supporting an enterprise service desk environment (or equivalent).
• HDI Certifications, CompTIA A+, Network+, and/or Security+.
• Microsoft foundational certifications (Windows 11, MS-900/M365, SharePoint Online, or Endpoint Administrator).
• Apple technologies (ACSP) and related Apple support capabilities.
• ITIL Foundation v4 or v5.
• Ability to work with limited supervision and take ownership of tasks; strong judgment in escalation.
• Professional verbal and written communications.

Responsabilités

• Provide frontline IT support via phone, chat, email, and walk-up interactions, owning issues through resolution.
• Own incident and request management from intake through closure following ticketing standards.
• Deliver high-quality customer experience with CSAT >95%.
• Create and maintain documentation, knowledge articles, SOPs for self-service.
• Support Windows and macOS laptops; basic UNIX support with training provided.
• Assist with technology rollouts and service improvements (M365 changes, Windows updates).
• Ensure security controls required by HIPAA, CIS, and NIST are followed.
