Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1–2 IT service desk support via calls, email, and in-person.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and guide users to solutions.
• Onboard new users and manage user IDs and equipment.
• Configure desktops/laptops and ensure proper imaging and software setup.
• Assist with AV conference room setup and maintenance.
• Maintain inventory of hardware and software licenses.
