Regional Finance is seeking an IT Service Desk technician to provide Level 1 and 2 support, troubleshoot hardware and software, and guide users through solutions in a fast-paced environment. You will manage AD-based access, run routine maintenance, and coordinate with the 3rd tier for complex issues.

Qualificações

• AA degree from a two-year college or technical school in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• CompTIA A+ Certification is required; Network+ and Security+ are a plus.
• 2+ years of experience with a Microsoft Active Directory network.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and on-call rotation occasionally.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 Service Desk support via phone, email, intranet, or in person.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems for end users.
• Document and escalate complex issues to 3rd tier support as needed.
• Maintain inventory of equipment, software, and licenses; assist with onboarding of new users.
