Job summary

Filevine in Chicago seeks an IT Support Analyst to join the IT team and support our office and remote workforce. You will report to the IT Director and work closely with the global IT team on initiatives that improve reliability and security.

Responsibilities include onboarding/off-boarding, device provisioning, workstation setup, asset management, and cross-functional IT communications. Strong macOS/Windows and MDM experience are required, with a focus on service excellence.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced, corporate IT environment.
• Advanced knowledge of macOS and Windows.
• Advanced proficiency in MDM solutions (certifications a plus).
• Experience with ticketing or helpdesk systems.
• Experience with troubleshooting AV and conferencing equipment.
• Ability to think critically, communicate well, and take initiative.
• Understanding of networking infrastructures, terminology, and hardware.
• Understanding of standard corporate security practices (certifications a plus).

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and timely support for our global workforce via ticketing system, Slack, and in-person support.
• Manage IT-related aspects of onboarding and off-boarding processes.
• Provisioning system access.
• Set up and configure user workstations.
• Manage hardware inventory and asset shipping logistics.
• Assist with first-day IT onboarding sessions.
• Handle access termination.
• Coordinate IT communications for these processes.
• Maintain and audit endpoints with Intune and Kandji for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Contribute to larger IT projects to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Provide AV support for meetings/events and after-hours on-call support.
