Job summary

Campers Inn RV, based in Jacksonville, FL, seeks an IT Support Analyst to deliver Tier 1 IT support for enterprise apps and reporting systems across corporate, regional, and store users. You will manage support requests, communicate with users, and escalate to Tier 2/3 as needed, working with our IT team to maintain knowledge bases and processes.

You will administer user accounts in Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, support the company phone system, and assist with training materials using TalentLMS.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT support or help desk experience required.
• Experience with IT ticketing/service desk systems.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI required.
• Power Apps and Power Automate experience preferred.
• Multi-location or retail environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 IT support for enterprise applications and reporting across corporate, regional, and store locations.
• Triage incoming support requests to determine priority, category, and resolver group.
• Diagnose, research, and resolve requests within SLAs.
