Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in Desktop and/or Helpdesk support.
• Technical expertise with Microsoft Office, Windows, and Mac required.
• Experience with corporate Mac OS support.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for domestic IT technology issues including retail store POS.
• Update problem management system with timely information.
• Gather and log information on issues.
• Assist in deploying software and hardware.
• On-board new employees with GIT orientation.
