Job summary

MSU Careers Recent Jobs is seeking a Junior Analyst to support the College of Agriculture and Natural Resources IT Services. You will work closely with university teams to plan and deploy technology assets, assist faculty and staff, and ensure reliable IT service delivery.

You will provide hands-on and remote assistance, help improve processes, triage requests, and coordinate with IT colleagues at MSU. This role emphasizes teamwork and customer service in a university setting.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Windows, macOS, iOS/iPadOS and Android devices.
• Familiarity with endpoint management tools and security best practices.
• Experience with IT service management systems (TeamDynamix, ServiceNow or similar).
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and access management.
• Ability to design, configure, and distribute technology assets with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with university stakeholders to design, purchase, configure, and distribute technology assets.
• Manage assets throughout their lifecycle.
• Deliver high-quality workstation and software support.
• Administer employee accounts for access management.
