Michigan State University College of Engineering seeks a Junior Analyst to join ANR IT Services in East Lansing. You will assist in designing, purchasing, configuring, and distributing technology assets, while managing them through their lifecycle and delivering quality workstation and software support.

Junior Analyst
The College of Ag and Natural Resources (ANR) IT Technology Services delivers primary leadership and comprehensive IT support for the CANR through a collaborative shared services model.
This position reports to the Service Desk Manager and will perform the following duties:
Working alongside departmental and university IT teams, ANR IT provides technology resources that advance MSU’s mission of education, research, and community engagement.
We are seeking talented individuals to join our team and support the daily technology needs of the College. In this front-line role, you will provide hands‑on and remote assistance to faculty and staff, ensuring reliable and effective IT services. As an ANR IT team member, you will help improve processes, coordinate and guide team activities, triage incoming requests, and manage escalations.

Knowledge normally acquired in the first two or three years of college, technical, vocational or business school such as an associate’s degree; one to three years of related and progressively more responsible or expansive work experience in IT Desktop Field/Service Desk Support; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
