Ohio's Hospice is seeking a caring, dependable Personal Care Specialist to provide hands-on support to patients receiving hospice services. In this meaningful role, you'll work closely with patients, families, and members of the hospice care team to promote comfort, independence, and dignity throughout each patient's care journey.
This is a field-based position, with visits taking place in patients' homes and care facilities throughout the Columbus service area.
Because this position involves travel throughout the service area, reliable transportation and a valid Ohio driver's license are required.
