Job summary

DeWinter Group in Downtown Chicago is seeking an IT Support Administrator to keep daily operations running smoothly. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, manage endpoints, and ensure seamless technology experiences across macOS and Windows in a fast‑paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of IT support or systems administration, hands‑on experience with MDM (Intune, Jamf, Kandji), AD and Google Workspace, and strong end‑user communication skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or systems administration.
• Proficiency supporting both Windows and macOS environments.
• Hands‑on experience with MDM platforms and Windows administration tools such as Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Strong knowledge of Google Workspace administration.
• Proven experience with AV and live event technical support.

Responsibilities

• Provide tier 1–3 support for hardware, software, and network issues on macOS and Windows devices.
• Manage MDM solutions such as Intune, Jamf, or Kandji for endpoint configuration, patching, and security.
• Administer Windows Active Directory environments and Google Workspace accounts and policies.
• Set up and troubleshoot AV systems, conference room equipment, and video conferencing tools for company events.
• Oversee IT onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring secure and efficient access management.
• Track IT inventory, handle helpdesk tickets, and develop technical documentation.
• Assist with basic network troubleshooting, including Wi‑Fi, VPN, and printer connectivity.
