Job summary

nextSource Connect is seeking an IT Support Admin I (M&A Asset Configuration Technician) in Houston for a 9-month contract. You’ll image laptops/desktops, configure devices, VoIP and network hardware, and perform hardware/software troubleshooting across multiple sites.

Responsibilities include data backups, asset inventory, AD administration, LAN troubleshooting, documentation, ticket management, and PC refresh projects. Strong imaging, AD, and Windows 11 expertise are required.

Qualifications

• Imaging PCs at scale using PXE boot and USB.
• Knowledge of networking, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
• Intermediate-to-expert knowledge of Windows 11; experience with ServiceNow and remote support tools.

Responsibilities

• Image laptops and desktops.
• Configure computers and install third-party software; third-party software installation and asset handling.
• Configure VoIP phones and network hardware; troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
