Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking an IT Supervisor for a Houston hotel. This hands-on role supports day-to-day technology, including PMS, POS, guest Wi-Fi, and telecom systems.

You will troubleshoot hardware and software, manage access, and coordinate with vendors and corporate IT. The ideal candidate has hotel IT support, networking, or systems experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support, systems, networking in hospitality.
• Hospitality environment preferred; Hilton familiarity is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Schedule flexibility including after-hours/weekends may be required.
