Responsibilities

• Supervise HCC IT Coordinator staff and provide technology support for HCC Administration, Clinical Trials Office, and members.
• Collaborate with IT Director for ITC operations including equipment rollouts, procurement planning, and office relocations.
• Develop user training materials, SOPs, and self-service documentation to improve staff technology proficiency.
• Maintain inventory management and asset tagging for all technology procured and distributed by the HCC IT team.
• Maintain customer service performance standards and implement policies to drive consistency and excellence.
• Provide technical support for meetings and events, including setup, troubleshooting, and live support.
