Job summary

Medical University of South Carolina seeks a senior IT operations leader to manage day-to-day IS services across division facilities, including moves/adds/changes and project coordination. You will align with division leadership, ePMO, and IS on initiatives, resource allocation, and escalations, while overseeing budgeting, procurement, and invoicing for division IS needs.

The role requires extensive IT infrastructure experience and strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management

Qualifications

• Nine (9) years demonstrated experience in IT Infrastructure, Network Systems, Telecommunications Systems, or Desktop Engineering.
• Four (4) years management experience.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, client relations and relationship building, presentation and communications skills required.
• Project management/leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day IS operations across division facilities, including break/fix and moves/adds/changes.
• Align with division leadership, ePMO, and IS on division initiatives and resource allocations.
• Manage budgeting, procurement and invoice processing for division IS needs.
