Job summary

The State Controller's Office seeks IT Student Assistants to join the SCO Service Desk team, serving as primary contacts for EO, ISD, ADD, and Fi$Cal. You'll provide first-level tech support for hardware and software and gain practical experience in a government IT environment.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled as a student, 12+ units (undergrad) or 8+ units (grad).

Responsibilities

• Support Microsoft Windows OS and Microsoft Office, imaging and encryption software.
• Assist in ticketing, login issues, printers, and device setups.
• Coordinate with EO, ISD, ADD, and Fi$Cal staff to resolve issues.
