Job summary

Siemens Healthineers AG seeks a visionary Head of IT DX Strategy & Management Services to lead the Diagnostics IT strategy, governance and transformation. You will steer portfolio prioritization, operating model design, and enterprise-level decision making, building a global team across IT and business stakeholders for sustainable growth.

The role demands 10–15+ years in IT leadership, strong governance and cybersecurity oversight, and experience managing budgets, vendors, and multi-disciplinary

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, incl. 5+ years in strategic, senior management roles.
• Experience in defining and executing IT/digital strategies and governance.
• Proven track record leading global IT transformation programs in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and own DX IT strategy, governance and portfolio prioritization framework aligning with enterprise IT strategy.
• Steer enterprise-level prioritization, trade-offs and investment governance across DX IT functions.
• Lead global PMO, governance, and program execution for large-scale transformations.
• Oversee budget, resource planning, vendor management and cost optimization.
• Foster cross-functional alignment with IT and business stakeholders at the executive level.
